How We Approach Every Engagement
Every Wovenly engagement begins with listening. Whether it is a booklet subscription or a two-day off-site, we first want to understand who will be using the work and what they are dealing with. From that, we design or adapt our service to fit the situation rather than applying a standard model. At the end, we leave something in writing — because the most careful conversations tend to be more durable when they are recorded.
Resource
Annual Cycle Companion Booklet
A small, considered booklet sent to subscribing managers that walks through the people-management questions worth holding in mind across the year. The year in management has a rhythm — performance conversations, mid-year check-ins, year-end summaries, planning for the next twelve months — and the booklet is organised around that rhythm.
Each section includes worked examples and sample wording for conversations that managers often find difficult to initiate. Subscribers also receive access to a quarterly online Q&A session where the authors address questions sent in advance.

Cross-Office Co-Working Setup
A consulting engagement designed for companies running two or more offices in different cities or countries who would like a more even working life across sites. The service covers meeting cadence, internal communications, document-sharing habits, and the way leaders show up (or don't) across the offices.
The engagement is delivered as a written setup document — a practical guide the senior team can actually refer to — combined with a workshop to review, refine, and commit to the arrangements described.

Facilitation
Senior Team Off-Site Facilitation
A facilitated two-day off-site for a senior team of six to fourteen people. The work begins before the off-site with individual interviews — one conversation per participant — which shape the agenda. The two days of facilitation are structured around what those conversations surfaced, not a generic programme.
After the off-site, we produce a written summary of what was discussed, what was decided, and what each decision implies for what happens next. The off-site can be held at any suitable venue within Malaysia chosen by the company.
