Who is the Annual Cycle Companion Booklet for?
The booklet is written for managers who run a team — whether a small department or a larger group — and want a quiet prompt through the year's cycle of people conversations. It suits anyone who finds the recurring HR calendar a little uneven or hard to pace well.
What does the cross-office consulting engagement involve?
We begin with a round of conversations across both (or all) offices to understand how things currently work. We then produce a written setup document that covers meeting rhythms, communication habits, document-sharing, and the way leaders move between sites. A workshop with the senior team brings that document to life and allows for adjustment.
How long does the off-site facilitation process take from start to finish?
From first contact to receiving the written summary, most off-site engagements run over four to six weeks. The pre-event interviews take two to three weeks depending on schedules, the off-site itself is two days, and the written summary follows within a week of the event.
Do you work with companies outside Sabah?
Yes. While we are based in Kota Kinabalu, we work with clients across Malaysia. The booklet subscription and cross-office consulting are both conducted partly or fully remotely. For the off-site, we travel to the venue of the company's choice within Malaysia.
How is pricing structured and are there payment options?
The booklet subscription is MYR 470, the cross-office consulting engagement is MYR 2,250, and the off-site facilitation is MYR 4,300. Payment terms are discussed at the start of each engagement. We are happy to invoice companies directly and can accommodate staged payments where that is useful.
How do you handle sensitive information shared during the work?
We handle everything we hear with care. Information shared in interviews or workshops stays within the engagement and is not discussed with other clients. We ask everyone who participates in facilitated sessions about their comfort with how notes will be used, and we follow that agreement.
